Lanreath Neighbourhood Development Plan
A Neighbourhood Development Plan forms the third tier of planning guidance below the National Planning Policy Framework and the Cornwall Local Plan. The Lanreath Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan was developed in consultation with residents of the Parish to ensure that future growth and development within the Parish are guided by local needs. The Lanreath Neighbourhood Plan was adopted on the 28th February 2018, following a local referendum, and will run until 2030.
